TROPHY MOOSE

Our guide territory supports a good moose population. In the north portion we produce trophy moose up to 60 inch. Average moose are between 48-53 inch. Hunts are conducted along the Nass river and surrounding area, using jet boats and Argo 8 wheelers. The hunt focuses on the rut when bigger bulls start herding up cows. The excitement of a trophy bull coming to the call is exciting to say the least.

MEAT MOOSE

Moose are plentiful through out our territory. The Skeena and Nass rivers hold the majority of our population. Along these areas we focus on our meet hunts. Younger moose are targeted although larger moose may be harvested. Jet boats and Argo 8 wheelers are used in support of the hunt.
